Return and Refund Policy

At DoodleDreams, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy explains how to request a return, report a problem, and receive a refund.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

For a change-of-mind return, the pajama set must be in its original condition: unworn beyond trying it on, unwashed, and uncolored. Please return both pieces, the included markers, any original tags, and the original packaging where reasonably possible. You will also need your order number or another proof of purchase.

This 30-day policy also applies to items purchased with a promotional discount.

How to Request a Return

Email wiwosam2020@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. If there is a problem with the product, please describe it and include photos if available.

Please wait for our return instructions before sending the package. Our return address is:

Do not send a return to the address shown on the shipping package unless we confirm that it is the correct return address. For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, please ship the item within 14 days after receiving our return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless applicable law requires otherwise. We will tell you the available return shipping options before you send the item.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us. Where a return is needed, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping as required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem so we can review it and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited to 30 days where applicable law provides a longer period.

Colored or Used Pajamas

Pajamas that have been colored, washed, or worn beyond trying them on are not eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return under our 30-day policy. This does not limit any legal rights you may have if the product is faulty, misdescribed, or subject to a statutory cancellation right. Where the law permits, a refund may be reduced to reflect handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the item.

Exchanges

For a voluntary size exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery. If your item meets the return conditions above, you may return it and place a new order for the size you want. This does not affect any legal right to a replacement for a faulty item.

Refunds

We will let you know when we receive and review your return. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. For voluntary returns, we aim to process the refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Original shipping charges are refunded when required by applicable law or when the return results from our error. Any legally required refund deadline takes priority over the processing time stated above.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom

If you are entitled to a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, you may notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Our voluntary 30-day return period does not reduce this right.

For an eligible statutory cancellation, we will refund the item price and the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item after a change of mind, unless we agreed to cover it or applicable law requires otherwise. Refund timing and any lawful deduction for handling will follow the rules that apply in your country.
